Spacious family suite in a quiet square near the Grand Canal. Unattended reception and tricky key access detracted slightly.

Although the location is desirable, the accommodations have some glaring issues. First, be prepared for the absence of an elevator. the steep stairs made dragging luggage up to our room a daunting task. Additionally, our room’s bathroom was cramped, with a low ceiling and awkward entrance that left my tall partner constantly ducking, which really put a damper on our experience.

The Deluxe Family Suite offered plenty of space, providing a comfortable environment after a day of exploring. The reasonable price was a definite plus, especially considering the size of the accommodation.

The air conditioning system is a portable unit that needs positioning near the bathroom door, which can be a hassle during late-night trips. Lighting issues arose from the bright white lamps, detracting from a cozy night ambiance, and could be updated to a warmer tone for a better atmosphere in the evenings. Overall, it might not be ideal for those who prefer softer lighting.

Consider requesting a room with a view of the canal. the sunset is stunning from that perspective!

My stay in the Beautiful Family Suite was refreshing! The room was pristine with a spacious layout Plus, the air conditioning worked wonders during the hot, humid days, creating a cool oasis after exploring the vibrant surroundings.

The location of Palazzetto Barnaba is fantastic, being close to the Grand Canal and offering a charming atmosphere that feels authentically Venetian.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Grand Canal. I loved the spacious suite, which felt inviting and was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The air conditioning was a big plus during the humid weather, creating a comfortable retreat. Upon arrival, the early check-in was appreciated. However, the absence of an elevator made hauling luggage up the stairs quite challenging. Additionally, the lighting in the suite could use improvement. the bright white lamps created a less cozy atmosphere than expected. Overall, a delightful stay with unique charm but some areas for enhancement.
